Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Service Agreement

By subscribing to our internet service, you agree to these terms. We provide residential and commercial fiber-optic internet connectivity subject to availability in your area.

2. Service Plans & Billing

Monthly fees are due on or before the due date indicated on your billing statement. Failure to pay within the grace period may result in temporary service disconnection. Reconnection fees may apply.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, conduct network attacks, or engage in activities that degrade service quality for other subscribers.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages) are excluded from uptime guarantees.

5. Equipment

Any equipment provided (routers, ONUs) remains our property. You are responsible for reasonable care of installed equipment. Damaged or lost equipment may incur replacement charges.

6. Speed & Fair Use

Advertised speeds are "up to" maximums and may vary based on network conditions, device capabilities, and number of connected devices. We reserve the right to implement fair use policies during peak congestion.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Early termination of lock-in plans may incur a fee as specified in your subscription agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the monthly service fee. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or account notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We collect network usage data (bandwidth consumption, connection logs) for service optimization and fair use enforcement. We do not inspect, log, or sell the content of your internet traffic.

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with: payment processors for billing, government authorities when required by law, and technical partners for service delivery.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, secure password storage, and access controls. Account passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to any outstanding obligations.

7. Cookies & Analytics

Our customer portal uses essential cookies for session management and authentication. We use basic analytics to improve our website experience. No third-party advertising trackers are used.

8. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 1 year after termination for billing and legal purposes. Network logs are retained for 90 days.
